WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

When you shop at FIBREmakes you can pay using:
PAYPAL, DEBIT CARDS, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

DELIVERY

I will aim to dispatch your orders within   2-3 working days (Mon - Fri), or sooner if I can.

I will post out all bags using Tracked 24 with Royal Mail. 

Necklaces will be sent using First Class or Tracked24 with Royal Mail.

However, please be aware delays may occur due to, weather, Christmas/other high peak seasons,  strikes, or other reasons out with my control.  I will notify you of any delays I am aware of should they occur.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your handmade accessories, I will accept returns and exchanges.  Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return your item, and post items back to me within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition.

 

Buyers are responsible for any return costs and obtaining proof of postage.  I would also advise you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go missing in transit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All products are made from recycled cotton cord.  Please clean gently using a damp cloth if needed.  Do not use a washing machine.

A dust bag is provived with every purchase to store your bag or necklace when not in use. 

The cord can be gently manipulated to reshape if needed.
