This is my third bag from FIBREmakes and it was a bespoke order. I messaged the owner, Gill, to see if she could make a larger version of a bag on the site. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Amazing customer service! Chatted about colours as the bag needed to match shoes, and an offer to send sample strands was given and even to return the finished product if it just didn’t match. I had total faith it would, and it did! It was also delivered within the guaranteed delivery dates so extremely impressed. Highly recommend as not only are the products unique, high quality and value for money, the customer care and interaction from the outset to delivery is just perfect.
