Please be aware delays may occur due to reasons out with my control. I will notify you of any delays I am aware of should they occur.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your product, I will accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return your item, and post items back to me within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition.

Buyers are responsible for any return costs and obtaining proof of postage. I would also advise you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go missing in transit.

- The height of this bag is apx. 7 inches. It is apx. 12/13 inches long.

- As each bag is knotted by hand there will be slight differences with each one. Although I try to show the true colour of each bag in photos, colours can look slightly different on different screens/devices.

- It can be spot cleaned gently with a damp cloth.

- Your new clutch will come with a cotton drawstring dust bag for protection, and it's perfect for a gift!

- This clutch is made from cotton cord. The outer layer of cord is 100% recycled cotton, with a polyester core.
No toxic chemicals or harmful substances are used in the cotton.
