Please be aware delays may occur due to reasons out with my control. I will notify you of any delays I am aware of should they occur.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your product, I will accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return your item, and post items back to me within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition.

Buyers are responsible for any return costs and obtaining proof of postage. I would also advise you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go missing in transit.

- As each bag is knotted by hand there will be slight differences with each one. Although we try to show the true shade of each bag in our photos, colours may look slightly different on different screens.
